Yes. We offer free delivery within the UAE on all orders above 500 AED. For any orders less, a small delivery fee of 25 AED will apply.

Yes. Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your items, as long as they are unused, in perfect condition, and in original packaging.

Refunds are processed once we receive and inspect the returned item.

Refunds take 7–10 business days to appear on your original payment method. If you have not received your refund within 15 days, please contact us directly at customercare@bouniatelier.com.

Yes. All Bouni items come in our signature packaging, designed for gifting.

No additional gift wrapping is needed.

Dishwasher and microwave use are not recommended due to the gold or platinum rim.

Instead, hand-wash gently with mild soap and a soft cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners to preserve its delicate finish.

Bouni does not currently operate a physical store.
