We hope you love your purchase. However, if you change your mind:

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. 
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all items intact. 
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the item is received and inspected. 
• Non-returnable items: sale items, and any product that has been used or damaged after delivery. 

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us on customercare@bouniatelier.com within 24 hours and share photo or video proof so we can arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
