•  Standard delivery: 2-4 day delivery across all emirates.
• Shipping is free for orders above 500 AED; otherwise, a small delivery fee of 25 AED applies.
• You’ll receive tracking details through your registered email once your order is dispatched. 

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us on customercare@bouniatelier.com within 24 hours and share photo or video proof so we can arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
